The processor in this unit is a Renesas SH7770 .
This is pretty much a stock CE 4.2 port of the SH4 target. Once the KWI is unpacked, you're left with 3 files. 1) The bootloader. (strings are here ). 2) The filesystem image ( Graphics and the localised text ). 3) The CE 4.2 image .
Given the differences in the kernel image seem to be fairly minimal, a binary-only BSP should not be impossible.
If anyone wants to try their hand at translation to an unsupported language, download this CSV file ,add the translations in the 2nd column,and mail it back to me when done.
