The Gizmondo Installer

Step 1: Download the service pack [edit : site is down, probably for good]

Step 2: Extract with your favourite archiver ( I like WinRar )

Step 3: Hex edit the Install.bin ( I like Hex Workshop )

Step 4: Notice that the most common character is 0xff – remember back in the DOS days ? ;)

Step 5: XOR the first section with 0xff ( just to make sure )

Step 6: Chuckle loudly

Step 7: XOR entire file
